We are sorry to announce that the Andover foodbank Lake Run will not take place on Sunday 13 September 2020. Michael Valenzia, Chair of the Lake Run Committee, said that after carefully considering the government advice on Coronavirus and the safety of the runners, volunteers and their families, it did not consider that the event could go ahead. This has been a popular local event for the last four years and has raised considerable funds for the Andover foodbank. The organisers intend to go ahead with the event in 2021.
The Andover foodbank has seen high demand for support from those in crisis during the lockdown period and is planning for an increase in demand over the coming months. Support for the foodbank will be vital during this period.

All current entrants have been informed and we are grateful to those who have been able to donate their fee to the foodbank.
