Donate food

Our foodbank relies on your goodwill and support.

Your food donations are absolutely vital to our ability to give everyone referred to us a balanced and nutritious three day supply of food.  Our shopping list on the right shows the food items that we need right now.

In addition to food you can donate toiletries and cleaning itemsbaby items and donations of household items in good condition.

Summer Project – you can donate items for summer holiday bags for families.

You can support us by donating food from Harvest Festivals. Read our fact sheet to find out more about how we will use your donations.  You may want to use a poster and shopping list to encourage donations.  We also have a Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 activity sheet you can use with children.

At Christmas you can donate specific food on 12 days of Christmas and Gift boxes for children in need.  Gift boxes must be delivered by 3 November 2023 and 12 Days of Christmas hampers by 26 November 2023.  Our Christmas gift boxes leaflet has ideas on what to include and labels, and here are some more ideas by age.

At Easter we distribute chocolate eggs to local children and vulnerable adults.
