We’re hiring! Join the Andover Foodbank team as our Warehouse Manager.

The role includes:

📦 Ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly, maintaining a safe, well-organised environment.

🚚 Coordinating food collections and deliveries, managing stock, weighing, sorting and packing donations, with the support of our fantastic volunteer teams.

🥫 Building relationships with supermarkets, schools, churches, local organisations and community groups to encourage donations and support.

💚 Supporting volunteer activities, corporate volunteering days and representing Andover Foodbank at community events.

📋 Helping to ensure food safety, health and safety, stock control and warehouse processes are maintained to a high standard.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and hands-on, with excellent people skills and a positive, can-do attitude. This is a varied role at the heart of our operation, reporting to and working alongside, Head of Andover Foodbank, working alongside volunteers, supporters and partners to help local people facing hardship.

ℹ️ Andover based – 16 hours per week across 4 days
