We know that anyone can find themselves at crisis point for a number of different reasons. If a care worker at one of the agencies that work with the Andover Foodbank feels you are struggling to put food on the table, they will refer you to Andover Foodbank. The agency which refers you will be able to understand your individual needs and assist with longer-term support.
When you talk to an agency they will take some basic details from you to complete the referral. This will help them to give you advice and support. It also means that you will receive suitable emergency food for the right number of people.
Once you have been referred, you can receive a box with a minimum of three days of food at your nearest Andover Foodbank Community Hub. At the Andover Foodbank, volunteers will use your referral to check the number of adults and children the food parcel needs to support, the ages of children, and any special dietary requirements you may have.
