You will be welcomed and will receive a food box and other essential items.
We know that crisis can strike anyone and we also understand how difficult it can be to think about getting help.
Meeting your needs
You will receive a food box with three days of emergency food and other essential items. We want to make sure that we give you the right food to meet your needs, so please do let your care worker know if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies, for example, gluten free or vegetarian.
We’ll also encourage you to talk to our Citizens Advice caseworker who an review your financial situation and help sort out issues such as housing problems.
Your food
Your food will be in a cardboard box, if you would prefer it to be in carrier bags, please bring your own bags so that these can be used instead.
